Zachary

Even at four years of age, Zachary knows exactly what he wants to be when he grows up. He is going to be a cowboy. Not just any cowboy, but one with the biggest spread in the west. He’s going to have more cattle than any other cowboy, and he’s going to ride the fastest, bestest horse there ever was. His horse’s name is going to be Lightning and nobody will be able to ride him except Zachary. Not even his stupid sister.

For his birthday, his mom and dad gave him the cowboy set he asked for. He never takes it off (well, sometimes he does). He wears his hat all the time, and he loves to show off his vest and bandana. Best of all, he loves his real cowboy boots, just like a grown-up’s only littler. He loves his real gun belt and holster, too. He loves his six-shooter cap gun, but he can’t find it because his stupid sister hid it after he shot her over and over again. If he didn’t have cattle to tend on his stick horse, Little Lightning, he’d go into her room and dig around in her toy box to see if he can find his gun, but he’s just got too much to do and Little Lightning wants to go out for a gallop.

Yep. Zachary is going to be a great cowboy when he grows up.

Zachary is completely handmade, from my own original design. His body is made from the classic Rockford red heel socks used for sock monkey dolls. His hair is made from yarn. He is wearing blue cotton poly shorts an a blue & white striped cotton knit t-shirt. His vest is made of felt, as is his (pre-made) hat, which also has a leather chin strap. His bandana is a real one, cut down to fit his small size. His boots and gun belt & holster are made from real leather and hand-stitched together. Zachary’s eyes and nose are made of felt and hand-painted. Zachary has sculpted features - hands, feet, and mouth and he stands just 17" from topknot to toes. He is made from the smallest size socks.

Zachary is not a "play-with" sort of doll - his clothing is not made to be removed. He's a collectible, and expects to be respected like a real cowboy would be!
